We are seeking energetic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bowling Alley Associates. As an associate, you will play a key role in delivering a great experience to our guests. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with lane assignments, shoe rentals, and other inquiries.

  • Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions for games, food, and beverages.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bowling area, including lanes, seating, and common areas.

  • Set up and maintain bowling lanes, ensuring proper equipment function and addressing any technical issues.

  • Assist in the snack bar or café by taking orders, preparing food, and serving customers.

  • Monitor the safety of guests and enforce bowling alley rules and guidelines.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

  • Participate in promotional events and assist with league nights, parties, and special events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar environment is preferred but not required.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • A positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a passion for delivering great customer service.

  • Assets but not required : MB Smart Choices, previous bartending, hostess/waitress experience, Food Handlers, previous short order food service experience.
