100 Days Closed, and Finding Ways to Adapt to a New Normal.

As we entered our 25th year of business in 2020, we could never have imagined the unique challenges ahead. Bowling safely during a pandemic means looking at leagues, birthday parties, and group bookings in a different light. We re-opened in June for open play with protocols in place to social distance and to keep the bowling alley clean and sanitized for you, and over July ran a very successful 4-week social distanced league. Over the next month, we are focusing our energy on adapting these rules and guidelines for our upcoming league season and to accommodate the larger demand for group bookings that comes with the new season starting up. You are part of the family at St. James Lanes, and we are committed to doing everything we can to keep you safe from covid-19 while providing everyone that walks through our doors with a great time on the lanes!

We will also be wrapping up our ongoing renovations over the next month and we’re so excited to show you our new look! We’ve been hoping to modernize our look for a while now, and when boredom set in during our unexpected 100-day hiatus we realized it was the perfect opportunity and set to work. A couple of months in, we’re thrilled with the way everything is turning out. When the regular league season opens up in September, it will be ready for everyone to see.
